Skilliance is taking the next step in the evolution of eData Voice with the launch of SIMPLE AI, its built-in intelligent assistant.
For over a year, our teams have been working on integrating artificial intelligence to offer a new way to use our software—one that is more natural, more intuitive, and more efficient.
One goal: to make everyday life easier
The name SIMPLE AI is directly inspired by our brand promise: “We make it simple.”
Our goal is not simply to offer a chatbot, but to provide a true assistant capable of helping users with their daily tasks through natural language conversation.
This first version allows you to, among other things:
- answer users' questions;
- rewrite and draft content;
- summarize information;
- guide users in using eData Voice.
A First Step
This version is intentionally focused on conversational assistance. It does not yet utilize business data or customer data.
The launch is part of a pilot phase that will allow us to gather user feedback and gradually enhance Simple AI's capabilities.

Simple AI is directly integrated with eData Voice and is automatically available in the relevant modules, without requiring any installation or special configuration.
