This partnership has laid the foundations for an ambitious digital transformation, centered on the integration of CRM and DMS solutions tailored to the challenges of automotive distribution in Morocco.
Deployment momentum well underway
Today, almost the entire Renault/Dacia network is equipped with our eData Voice CRM solution, which is already operational in "sales station" configuration. The deployment of our DMS is also well advanced and will follow the same trajectory by the end of 2025. The feedback is clear: more fluid sales processes, improved quality of customer data, and more efficient management of day-to-day business.
